Marijuana legal in California by 2010???

This story involves the pothead of the hole world. California government are thinking about legalize marijuana. If the bill passes they would put a tax on weed, to recover the economy but, you must be 21 to purchase only one once of it. With tourist all over the world visiting or settling the law enforcement would save the trouble of siting tickets. Less crime in the state is great since they would also allow you to have a grow room with wall no longer the 5 ft by 5 ft. If California doesn't pass the bill they crime would continue to raise and the economy wouldn't get better. California would be the first state in the America to legalize it. Marijuana has been around for years and barely by the end of 2010 they are legalizing it. In order for the decriminalization of marijuana to pass during the November ballots a local, Lee and his group, are gathering 650,000 signatures. California would recover for there 24.3 billion dollar debt. It think its a good idea, since it helps the economy and decreases the crime level.
